Photo Submission Guide

Please make sure that your photo file meets the following requirements:
  • Accepted file formats - JPEG (.jpeg or .jpg), TIFF (.tif,.tiff), BITMAPS (.bmp). For best rusults when e-mailing your photo use JPEG files, because they have the smallest file size. GIF files or Word Documents will not be accepted!
  • Resolution - AT LEAST 300 DPI (dots per inch). The resolution of your digital photo is the most important attribute, because it greatly affects the print quality. It may not be possible to print photos at a resolution lower than 300 DPI.
  • The overall quality of your digital photo should be as high as possible. This includes color quality, brightness, and contrast. Please pay close attention to these features, especially if your digital photo was scanned.
